So I realized I have been neglecting this blog due to my other blog. When I started my project 365 my intention was not to stop updating this blog. So I need to devote the same attention to this blog as well.
So it has been a little over a year since I gave birth to my precious twins. My life has really changed since January 18, 2010. I still can't believe how fast that year has gone and I no longer have newborns but two children entering the toddler stage.
I remember being scared while I was pregnant. I was not sure how I was going to raise two babies at once. But I want to give credit to my husband. He really stepped up the way I envisioned a dad should do. And he continues to be my biggest support. If it were not for him, I am not sure where I would be. I also want to credit my family and friends. They were very supportive when the babies were first born and through out the first year. I have to say I am really blessed to have such a strong support system.
This year has been fun. My children have traveled a lot in their first year. They have visited many cities, a beach and Disney. I am grateful for being able share those experiences with my children and to provide those opportunities for them.
During the year I went from having the babies. Staying home for 3 months. I returned to work to find out my contract would not be renewed. I worked for 2 more months. Looked for work as a teacher. I was unsuccessful in finding a job. I did find a lower paying job and did return to work. I worked for 3 months and quit my job. My family relocated due to my husband finding a job. So now that brings me to the current. I have a new full time job as a stay-at-home mom. This is the most rewarding job. I feel lucky to be able to stay home because most women cannot do that.
I look forward to updating this blog and keeping in contact with all my online friends. When you get a chance view my other blog here.
